FAQ PHOTO PRINTS

 

Can I buy and download a high resolution photo?

I sell photos as fine art prints to customers. However, if you are a publisher or editor and would like to buy one of my photos for an article, an online publication, the use in social media or on, for instance, packaging, please contact me and we can discuss the possibilities and define the terms of use.


In what way do you care about the environment?

Both Hahnemühle and the printing sudion I collaborate with, consider it very important to balance the manufacturing process with the natural world. Since 2008, Hahnemühle has been supporting both regional and international environmental protection projects through their ‘Green Rooster’ initiative, including reforestation, animal protection and environmental education programmes. Hahnemühle papers do not contain any animal or genetically modified ingredients. Our Certificate of Authenticity confirms this. All papers are vegan.


How will you ship my print?

Depending on the size, your print may be shipped in a small cardboard envelope or box. If you buy a larger sized print it will be shipped in a tube. Also for our shipping, we use sustainable packaging materrials.


What kind of paper is used for the prints?

My photos will be printed in on Hahnemühle paper by a Hahnemühle Certified Studio which guarantees a professional print with excellentn art reproduction. You will receive a Hahnemühle Certificate of Authenticity. Each certificate is provided with a numbered hologram and a description of the artwork, publisher, edition number, date and the graphics method used. An identically numbered hologram will be placed on the back of the artwork. This combination guarantees that the Certificate of Authenticity relates directly to this specific work of art.


Will the print be framed?

No, you will receive a print on high quality fine art Hahnemühle paper. However, you can always contact me if you would like to discuss other options.


Are all the photos in your webshop taken by Mirjam Letsch?

They sure are!


 

FAQ WITHDRAWALS & RETURNS


 

Can I cancel my order?

Not satisfied? No problem! You may return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by registering your return on our site within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point (cooling-off period). Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalized products or digital downloads.


Is there a fee for returns?

Yes, the customer is responsible for all return costs.


What do I do if a product is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please send an email containing the following information to info@mirjamletsch.com.

– Email address provided at purchase – Order number – Customer name – Item number – Attach a photo

We will get back to you as soon as possible.



How do I return my product?

Not satisfied? No problem! You may return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that digital downloads and custom made products cannot be returned.

Send an email containing the following information to info@mirjamletsch.com

– Email address provided at purchase – Order number – Customer name – Item number

*NOTES – You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. – Your return package must be well-protected. – Your return package must be sent as a traceable shipment. – You need to save the tracking number and proof of postage until we have received your return. – Returned item(s) must be unused and in original condition.


Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a received product for another, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order in our web shop.

Please note that digital downloads and custom made products cannot be exchanged.


When will I be refunded?

To process our returns might take up to two working days plus two days to complete the payment process. Please take into account 7 working days. Please note that we must have received the goods as a return or a delivery receipt must be presented on request before a refund can be issued.


 

FAQ GIFT CARDS

 

Do you offer a gift card?

Yes. Gift cards are only available through your store as an email or printable pdf.


How do I pay with the gift card?

Click on “Enter voucher code/Discount code” at checkout to open a text field in which you can enter the code on the gift card.



Can I give a gift card to someone else?

The gift card is delivered digitally via email. You can then send the recipient the gift card code yourself or print it out card to give to the recipient.


How can I see the current balance of a gift card?

You can see the balance on the gift card by first adding a product to your shopping cart and then entering in the code.


 

FAQ ORDERS


 

How can I place an order?

This is easy and safe. Once you selected an item, click on the “add to cart” button which will place it in your shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Please note that your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked what payment method you want, and you have added your name and address details and clicked on “place order”.

 

 

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. Now what?

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your purchase, than the following could have gone wrong:

  • Your provider possibly scans our mailings as spam and has deleted/moved this to the spambox;

  • You have made a typing error in your e-mail address;

  • You have paid through an automatic direct debit, in this case it can take up to two days for your bank to approve the payment. For which reason you will receive a confirmation e-mail after.


I have not received my order, what should I do?

Please check the tracking number that was emailed to you. If that does not work, please email us at info@mirjamletsch.com and we will look into it.



Will you confirm my order?

Yes: after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and all delivery and billing address details, including a specification of your order.

 

Will I receive a receipt?

Sure, you will receive an order confirmation via email, where the receipt is included for your purchase.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us immediately, we will try to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. After we confirm your cancellation, you can create a new order for the correct products. This way you avoid duplicate orders.


I want to cancel, what action should I take?

If you want to cancel an order before your order has left our warehouse, please send us an email immediately to info@mirjamletsch.com.


Do I receive a track & trace for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped. Make sure to also check your spam. If you have ordered products from different categories (for instance you bought a book and a print), then your order will be sent in separate packages and you will receive tracking numbers for both packages.


 

FAQ PAYMENT

 

How do I know if your webshop is secure?

This website is protected with a SSL certificate to improve security. SSL secures connections and prevents hackers from impersonating you or stealing visitors' information. Your checkout page is protected by SSL to protect credit card information. Checkout pages are also Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption.


My creditcard is refused. What should I do?

Most credit cards have 3D Security a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. If you are not sure whether the 3D Security for your credit card is activated or not, kindly contact your bank directly and they will help you.


What payment options do you offer?

We accept the following forms of payments:

Debit or Credit CARD via Stripe – Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Available worldwide. PAYPAL – Account or credit card. Available worldwide.

When do I receive my refund after returning my order?

Once we receive your return package, you will be refunded the purchase amount, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.


Are taxes for customs included in the price?
